Kit connor, The lead star of the Queer Series, Heartstopper comes out as Bisexual in a Twitter Post last November 1, 2022 through his personal account following the Allegation of ‘Queerbaiting’.
In the tweet he stated, “Back for a minute. I'm bi. congrats for forcing an 18 year old to out himself. I think some of you missed the point of the show. Bye.”
This is after he was accused of Queer-baiting after suiting up as Nick Nelson who discover an unlikely friendship that might be something more as he navigate school and young love with Charlie in a Queer Series.
Queerbaiting is a “marketing technique used to attract queer viewers that involves creating romantic or sexual tension between two same-sex characters but never making it canon or evolving on it”.
The People especially the Fans expressed their Sympathy to the Actor as he was ‘Forced’ to come out.
